The Joint Council raises money and uses it to operate and manage the activities of the churches within the parishes of Brampford Speke, Newton St Cyres, Rewe with Netherexe, Stoke Canon with Huxham, Thorverton and Upton Pyne. The activities include running church services, fundraising events, pastoral care and administration.
