**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PROMOTE THE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THOSE AFFECTED BY CANCER AND/OR PRE-CANCEROUS CELLS WHO RESIDE IN THE MIDLANDS AND SOUTH YORKSHIRE AREA BY THE PROVISION OF A FREE, PROFESSIONAL, PHOTOSHOOT EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS.

**Activities:** For the public benefit, relieve the needs and promote the mental health and wellbeing of those affected by cancer and/or pre-cancerous cells who reside in the Midlands and South Yorkshire area by the provision of a free, professional, photoshoot experience along with professional photographic prints.
