Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are:(1) The Relief Of Poverty Of Inhabitants Or Former Inhabitants Of The Borough Of Gravesham By The Provision And Maintenance Of Social Housing In The Form Of Almshouse Accommodation, With A Preference For Such Persons Who Have Resided For Not Less Than 10 Years In The Borough Of Gravesham;(2) Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Residents As The Trustees Decide.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
