Activities
Ontrak is a children's charity providing motor vehicle training to young people aged between 13 and 19 years old working with local schools, colleges and connections. Ontrak also runs a bike project within local schools promoting road safety and bike maintenance, and supports the local community by taking donated items of furniture, white goods, clothes and household goods and redirecting them,
Objects: The Objects Are For The Public Benefit: 3.1 To Act As A Resource For Young People By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Physical, Educational, Training, And Other Activities As A Means Of: 3.1.1 Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals; 3.1.2 Advancing Education; 3.1.3 Relieving Unemployment; 3.1.4 Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons; 3.2 The Relief Of Those In Need, By Reason Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage By Providing Such Goods, Services, Or Other Forms Of Support Or Assistance As The Trustees See Fit, Which They Could Not Otherwise Afford Through Lack Of Means.
