Governing Document: The charity is governed by its Constitution dated 9 December 2024. It is a registered charity managed by a board of trustees.
Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees: No New trustees are appointed since our inception
Objectives and Activities
Purposes of the Charity: As set out in our governing document, the objects of the charity are: the preservation and protection of health and the promotion of good health, in particular in Barnsley, by:
3.1.1 promoting activities with proven benefits for mental health and emotional resilience;
3.1.2 providing access to qualified healthcare services to improve public health outcomes without the need for visiting a GP;
and 3.1.3 the provision of activities that promote and improve physical health within the community, enabling people to live healthier lives.
3.2 the advancement of education for the public benefit, particularly for the people of Barnsley and in the subjects of health and healthy living, by providing educational workshops, lectures or seminars.
3.3 to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Barnsley and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement,
financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants
Achievements, Performance and Future Plans
During the financial year, the charity was inactive and did not undertake any direct activities to further its charitable purposes.
