## **Objectives and Activities** 

The Nirbhau Foundation supports families affected by baby loss and provides memory boxes through hospitals, hospices and funeral directors. 

## **Public Benefit** 

The trustees have considered Charity Commission public benefit guidance and believe the charity provides meaningful practical and emotional support to bereaved families. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

During the period the charity established operations, promoted awareness of baby loss, developed fundraising activities and supported families through raising money for it’s memory box initiative. 

## **Fundraising Activities** 

Fundraising events and community support activities were planned to raise funds for memory boxes and bereavement support services.

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The charity is managed by a Board of Trustees responsible for strategy, governance, risk management and financial oversight. 

## **Plans for Future Periods** 

The charity aims to expand support services, increase distribution of memory boxes and strengthen partnerships across the UK.
