**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ARE:(1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN TAEKWONDO, JUJITSU, MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, KICKBOXING AND SUCH OTHER SPORTS AS ARE CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.(FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE “FACILITIES” MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).(2) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** The USA is dedicated to transforming the lives of youth, as well as vulnerable and disabled children, by equipping them with essential life skills through   Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Self-defence, and other sports that promote emotional resilience, and anti-bullying, self-confidence. We also host engaging community events to showcase our efforts and foster connections.
