**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION (THE OBJECTS) IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:2.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL2.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** The PTA organises fundraising and community events to support and advance the education of pupils at Edith Cavell Academy and Nursery School. Activities include school fairs, discos, raffles and other events which bring together parents, staff as well as the wider community. Funds raised are used to provide additional resources, equipment and experiences that enhance pupils learning and wellbeing.
