**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF NEPALESE ART, CULTURE, HERITAGE OR LANGUAGE BY PROMOTING AND PRESERVING NEPALI CULTURE AND HERITAGE AMONG THE NEPALI DESCENT COMMUNITY IN GRANTHAM, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT. THIS INCLUDES ORGANIZING EVENTS ON FESTIVALS, CULTURAL PROGRAMS THAT CELEBRATE NEPALI TRADITIONS, AS WELL AS OFFERING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, SUCH AS NEPALESE LANGUAGE LESSONS FOR CHILDREN.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005.
