**Objects:** THE ORGANISATION&#x27;S OBJECTS (&quot;OBJECTS&quot;) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE PREDOMINATELY AGED BETWEEN 11 AND 18 LIVING IN EAST ANGLIA, PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS AND REGARDLESS OF SKILL LEVEL OR GENDER, BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO ACCESS AND PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF ROWING AS A MEANS OF:• ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, CONFIDENT, AND MATURE INDIVIDUALS WITH ASPIRATION.• ADVANCING PHYSICAL EDUCATION THROUGH ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE PHYSICAL FITNESS, TEAMWORK, AND RESILIENCE, BY TRAINING AND SUPPORTING VOLUNTEER COACHES AND MENTORS TO MAINTAIN A HIGH STANDARD OF INSTRUCTION AND BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT TO FACILITATE PARTICIPATION.• PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE BEEN BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** The East Anglia Youth Rowing Programme introduces rowing to a wide range of students at state schools in East Anglia. Many may not have considered rowing as a sport for them. Our programs include indoor and on water training. We use qualified coaches for this and also train and coach school staff to make them self sufficient. Our actives range from taster sessions to 1 week long summer camps
