Structure, Governance and Management
The Zuri Earth Foundation was registered as a charity during this financial period and is governed by its Constitution.
The charity is managed by a Board of Trustees who are responsible for ensuring that the charity is properly governed and works towards achieving its charitable purposes.
During this initial accounting period, the trustees focused on establishing the charity's governance arrangements and considering the practical steps required before charitable activities could begin.
Objectives and Public Benefit
The Zuri Earth Foundation has been established to further its charitable objectives as set out in its governing document.
The trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit when planning the future development of the charity and remain committed to delivering activities that will provide benefit to those the charity has been established to support.
Achievements and Performance
This financial period was the charity's first accounting period following registration.
During this time, the trustees focused on establishing the charity's governance and administrative arrangements.
The charity did not undertake any charitable activities during the reporting period due to insufficient volunteer capacity to enable activities to commence safely and effectively during the charity's first year.
As a result, the charity generated no income and incurred no expenditure during the reporting period.
Although operational activities did not begin during this period, the trustees remained committed to the charity's aims and continued to oversee its development and future planning.
Financial Review
The charity received no income during the financial period from 5 December 2024 to 22 August 2025 .
There was no expenditure during the period and therefore the charity submitted a nil financial return.
The trustees continue to ensure that appropriate governance and financial procedures are in place for when the charity begins operating.
Plans for the Future
The trustees remain committed to developing The Zuri Earth Foundation and progressing towards delivering its charitable objectives.
During the next reporting period the trustees intend to focus on:

Developing fundraising opportunities

Preparing the charity to commence charitable activities in accordance with its charitable objectives
The trustees look forward to moving the charity into its operational phase as volunteer capacity and resources allow.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Annual Report and ensuring that it provides a fair summary of the charity's activities during the reporting period.
