**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN, AND RAISE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF, MUSIC IN   PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:  (1) FACILITATING PUBLIC ACCESS TO LIVE MUSIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT TO COMMUNITY BASED MUSIC VENUES AND FESTIVALS;   (2) SUPPORTING THE COMPOSITION AND PERFORMANCE OF NEW MUSIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF   TRAINING AND OTHER SUPPORT TO PEOPLE IN THE EARLY STAGES OF THEIR CAREERS AS MUSICIANS,   THEIR TEAMS AND CREW.

**Activities:** Established by the UK live music industry and acting for the UK live music industry, the LIVE Trust will deliver funding where it is needed most to help all in our sector thrive.  Taking coordinated action the LIVE Trust replicates LIVE's commitment to bringing all sides of the UK live music sector together to work in concert for the benefit of all.
