Our Setting is in the process of changing to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) which is not yet completed.
Part of this transition is to open a new business bank account. The Co-Operative bank account associated with this registered charity has been open since July 2025 but has not yet been activated into a fully operational account.
This will happen once our current organisation (registered charity number 1027346) closes at which time funds will be moved across to the new charity bank account.
There has been no activity on behalf of Charity Number 1211245 or the Co-operative bank account up to and including 31/08/2025.
