**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 15 TO 30, IN PARTICULAR YOUNG MIGRANTS AND THOSE FROM ECONOMICALLY AND SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS, BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH EDUCATION, TRAINING, MENTORING AND ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** To advance in life and relieve the needs of young people aged 15 to 30, in particular young migrants and those from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds, by the provision of such education, training, mentoring and advice and guidance to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals.
