Trustees are recruited based on the skills, experience and commitment required to support the charity’s objectives. New trustees receive an induction covering their legal duties, safeguarding responsibilities, financial oversight and the charity’s operational activities. ## **Management** The charity is managed by a Board of Trustees who are responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the organisation. The Board meets regularly throughout the year to monitor performance, review risks, oversee financial management and ensure the charity continues to operate in accordance with its charitable purposes. The trustees are committed to maintaining high standards of governance and regularly review the e�ectiveness of the Board, governance arrangements, policies and procedures to ensure the charity continues to operate e�ectively. The Board maintains a register of charity trustees’ interests and has procedures in place to identify, declare and manage any actual or potential conflicts of interest. Trustees are required to withdraw from discussions and decision-making where a conflict arises, ensuring that decisions are made solely in the best interests of the charity. ## **Trustee Remuneration and Related Party Transactions** None of the trustees received remuneration for the charity during the period. Trustees may be reimbursed reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties on behalf of the charity. The charity does not have any relationship with related parties. ## **Risk management** The trustees have a duty to consider, identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed to. The trustees are satisfied that appropriate systems and procedures are in place to identify, assess, monitor and manage those risks. **Sport For All UK Foundation Report for the Trustees For the Period 29[th] November 2024 to 30 September 2025** ## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** ## **Vision** The vision of the charity is to break down barriers and ensure that sport and physical activity are accessible, inclusive and welcoming for people with disabilities, impairments, limitations and long-term health conditions. ## **Objectives** The charity's objectives are to: - Support people with disabilities, impairments, limitations and long-term health conditions to access sport and physical activity opportunities. - Work with organisations to develop action plans and pathways that enable individuals to engage in sport and physical activity, progressing from introductory experiences through participation and, where appropriate, to competition. - Provide grants to individuals for adaptive sports equipment, specialist aids and other resources that facilitate participation in sport and physical activity. - Organise and support the delivery of inclusive sport and physical activity sessions. - Organise and support the delivery of inclusive coach education and workforce development opportunities. - Provide grants to organisations that deliver activities aligned with the charity's objectives and which promote inclusive participation in sport and physical activity. ## planning and delivering the charity’s activities. The charity provides opportunities for people with disabilities that improve health, wellbeing, social inclusion, confidence and community cohesion. During the reporting period the charity provided adaptive sports equipment, specialist golf attachments and inclusive coaching opportunities which enabled children with upper limb di�erences to participate in sport who may otherwise have been excluded. **Sport For All UK Foundation Report for the Trustees For the Period 29[th] November 2024 to 30 September 2025** ## **ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE** During the period ended 30 September 2025, the Charity continued to pursue its charitable objectives of increasing access to sport and physical activity for people with disabilities, impairments, limitations and long-term health conditions. A major achievement during the period was securing funding from the Kate and Justin Rose Foundation to deliver an inclusive golf project for children with upper limb di�erences. The project commenced in April 2025 and represents a significant step towards achieving the charity's vision of breaking down barriers to participation in sport. The three-year programme has been designed to support up to 100 children, across 9 hubs, by providing access to adaptive sports equipment, including soft prosthetics and specialist golf attachments, together with golf equipment and structured group coaching opportunities. During the reporting period, the charity focused on establishing the foundations for successful delivery of the programme, including project planning, partnership development, participant engagement and the procurement of specialist equipment. Initial coaching opportunities and participant support arrangements were also developed to enable the project to begin supporting beneficiaries. In this initial period 40 children with upper limb di�erence were introduced to golf with ten children enrolling onto the programme in Glasgow and Leeds. All participants were provided with prosthetic equipment and specialist golf attachments to enable them to engage in the sport. The charity also facilitated the delivery of five coaching sessions, providing participants with opportunities to develop their skills, build confidence and participate in golf within a supportive and inclusive environment. The Trustees are encouraged by the positive start to the programme and the engagement of participants and their families. The project has demonstrated the value of removing practical barriers to participation and providing tailored support that enables children with upper limb di�erences to access sporting opportunities that may otherwise be unavailable to them. The charity will continue to deliver and develop the programme over the remaining project period, working towards supporting up to 100 children and creating sustainable pathways into sport and physical activity. **Sport For All UK Foundation Report for the Trustees For the Period 29[th] November 2024 to 30 September 2025** ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** ## **Summary of period** the period ended 30 September 2025. Total income for the period amounted to £35,812, comprising grants, donations and other funding received in support of the charity's charitable objectives. This includes the grant secured funding from the Kate and Justin Rose Foundation to support the delivery of an inclusive golf project for children with upper limb di�erences. Total expenditure for the period was £14,841, with funds applied in furtherance of the charity's objectives to increase access to sport and physical activity for people with disabilities, impairments, limitations and long-term health conditions. The charity reported a net surplus of surplus relates to restricted grant funding received for delivery of future project activities and is therefore not available for general charitable expenditure. The Trustees continue to monitor income and expenditure carefully to ensure that resources are used e�ectively and in accordance with the charity's objectives and funder requirements. ## **Reserve Policy** The Trustees recognise the importance of maintaining adequate unrestricted reserves to safeguard the charity's financial sustainability and support the continuity of its activities. The charity's reserves policy is to maintain unrestricted reserves equivalent to approximately 6 months of operating expenditure, where practicable. This level of reserves would provide financial resilience, enable the charity to manage unforeseen circumstances and support the ongoing delivery of its charitable objectives. As the charity is in its early stages of development, unrestricted reserves remain below the target level. Trustees are actively seeking unrestricted income to build reserves over time. At 30 September 2025, the charity held unrestricted reserves of £2,133. The Trustees will continue to seek opportunities to strengthen the charity's unrestricted reserves through fundraising, donations and other sources of unrestricted income, while ensuring that restricted funds are applied in accordance with the purposes for which they were awarded. ## **Going Concern** funding commitments and are satisfied that the charity has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. **Sport For All UK Foundation Report for the Trustees For the Period 29[th] November 2024 to 30 September 2025** ## **FUTURE PLANS** During the next reporting period, the charity will continue to deliver and develop its inclusive golf programme for children with upper limb di�erences, working towards the long-term objective of supporting up to 100 participants across nine regional hubs. The charity plans to expand the programme by establishing three additional delivery locations, increasing access to adaptive equipment, specialist support and inclusive coaching opportunities for children and young people who may otherwise face barriers to participation in sport. Alongside the continued development of the golf project, the Trustees will actively seek new partnerships with sports clubs, disability organisations and community groups to create opportunities in other sports and physical activities. The charity will also continue to seek funding to support its growth and enable more people with disabilities, impairments, limitations and long-term health conditions to access inclusive sporting opportunities. 28/07/2026| CCXX R2 accounts (SS) 29/07/2026 2 **Sport For All UK Founda�on Independent examiner’s report For the Period 29[th] November 2024 to 30 September 2025** I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of Sport For All UK Foundation (“the Charity”) for the period ending 30 September 2025. ## **Responsibilities and basis of report** As charity trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner’s statement** I have completed my examination.
