**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE UK FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BY FACILITATING THE DELIVERY OF SPORTS SESSIONS, AND BY MAKING GRANTS TO INCREASE LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION IN SPORT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FUNDING THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, TRAINING, COACHING, COURSES AND EDUCATION FOR THE SPORTS OF GOLF, TENNIS, CYCLING, CRICKET AND HOCKEY.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
