**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE:THE ADVANCEMENT OF MUSICAL EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN CAMBRIDGE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR RELATING TO CHORAL MUSIC, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:(1) REGULAR REHEARSALS AND STRUCTURED WORKSHOPS DESIGNED TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION AND PROGRESSION WITHIN A CHOIR OFFERING OPPORTUNITIES TO PERFORM IN BOTH INFORMAL AND PUBLIC SETTINGS, WITH THE AIM OF DEVELOPING CONFIDENCE IN, AND ENJOYMENT OF, SINGING;(2) COMMUNITY 'COME AND SING' WORKSHOPS;(3) GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT LOCAL CHARITABLE AND NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS THAT ADVANCE EDUCATION IN MUSIC.
