**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND REHABILITATE EX-OFFENDERS (AND THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK OF BECOMING ENGAGED IN OFFENDING BEHAVIOUR) IN MANCHESTER AND TO RELIEVE THEIR UNEMPLOYMENT BY PROVIDING PRACTICAL ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT THROUGH ASSISTANCE IN CREATING CVS, SUPPORTING WITH JOB SEARCHES AND INTERVIEW PREPARATION AND ACCESSING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR COSTS RELATED TO TRAINING COURSES AND EQUIPMENT.

**Activities:** Strive4Purpose advances rehabilitation and relieves unemployment by supporting disadvantaged people, particularly ex-offenders and those at risk of offending. We do this through mentoring, training, and work experience. A major part of our work is the T11-compliant recycling, reuse, and refurbishment of electrical equipment, creating practical pathways into skills, confidence, and employment.
