TRUSTEES' REPORT FOR THE CONGO CHURCH ASSOCIATION CIO (CCA) REGISTERED CHARITY NO 12111690, NOVEMBER 2025

The Congo Church Association CIO, registered charity number 12111690, is a Charitable Incorporated Association.

Trustees

The Trustees for the period were the first trustees of the Charity named in the Articles namely Paul Dickens, Martin Jennings, Matthew Grayshon and Jullia Dickens. Informal roles of Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer were agreed as follows:

The Association’s objects are:

a) To advance the Christian religion in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the benefit of the public through supporting the work and mission of the Anglican Church of the Democratic Republic of Congo and in supporting and promoting schemes for community peace and reconciliation, health and education as an outward expression of the Anglican faith.

b) To prevent or relieve poverty and relieve the needs of refugees and displaced persons in the Democratic Republic of Congo and among the clergy and former clergy of the Anglican Church in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the widows and dependents of such persons by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need or other organisations working for similar purposes.’.

The charity did not own any assets, receive or expend any monies or carry out any activities during this financial period. The charity began its operations on 1 July 2025.
