**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE LIVING WITH PHYSICAL OR LEARNING DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITH LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS, PRIMARILY IN LONDON BUT ALSO IN THE REST OF ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SWIMMING AND WATER-BASED RECREATIONAL SESSIONS.

**Activities:** WeSwim supports adults with disabilities into swimming. By creating local swimming clubs, led by volunteers, in pools across London, WeSwim offers support, empowering adults with disabilities to become more active, meet new people, and to build confidence.
