## **Roseland Youth Sailing Trust CIO Accounts for period November 2024 to December 2025**
This is the first year of filing accounts for this charity, registration number 1211154. It was formed and registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Charities Commission on 24 November 2024 to take over the operations of RYST charity number 1164283. Its bank account was opened at Barclays Bank in July 2025. At the end of December 2025, the balance of funds was transferred from the old Trust account to the new one.
