**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY WAY OF AGE, DISABILITY, ILL-HEALTH, UNEMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, WHO RESIDE IN THE WIRRAL OR THE WIDER LIVERPOOL CITY AREA, THROUGH THE DELIVERY OF A RANGE OF MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY SERVICES, SPORTS PROJECTS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES WHICH TARGET AND BENEFIT AN INDIVIDUAL’S PARTICULAR NEED.

**Activities:** We provide funded sessional work to deliver a range of therapeutic, well-being, sport and education services to vulnerable children and adults throughout the Liverpool City Region.
