Despite our best efforts to get the charity into a live and active business phase, the grant giving activities cannot commence without the liquidation process having been completed from the legacy listed charity (activeNewham) this process is still being completed by our accountant and liquidators ( Evelyn partners) We hope that this process has been completed by September 2026 as which point , Feelwell foundation will then start activity 

There has been no (zero) trading during the period relating to this report and as such there is no financial return
