The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Act and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
- examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act,
- to follow the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Act, and
- to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

## **Independent examiner's statement**
My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,:
- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or
- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

## **TRUSTEE’S REPORT YEAR ENDED 31 August 2025**
The trustees are pleased to present their report for the year ended 31 August 2025 for the charity, HEBRON PENTECOSTAL CHURCH, ISLE OF WIGHT with Charity Number 1211061.
The Trustees of the charity are:

## OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The Church's objective for the year ending August 2025 has been to promote the Christian faith through regular worship, teaching of the Word of God, fellowship and outreach activities in the community.
The Church continued to have its weekly Sunday services with Children’s English Worship and Sunday School from 1:30pm to 2:25pm and the main Sunday Worship Service from 2:30pm. These services provided spiritual teaching and encouragement to children and adults.
Along with Sunday services, the Church also had weekly online meetings for men, women and children. These meetings provided opportunities for members to continue in fellowship, prayer and spiritual growth during the week.
Youth development remained an important focus, with Youth Meetings being held every second Sunday. These meetings encouraged young people to grow in their faith and actively participate in church life.
The Church also engaged in outreach and charitable activities. During the Christmas and New Year period in 2024, the Church carried out Gospel outreach, visited few care homes, and distributed gifts and donations, demonstrating Christian love and compassion to the wider community.

## ACHIEVMENTS
During the year, the Church successfully maintained a consistent schedule of worship services and fellowship meetings, contributing to the spiritual growth and unity of its members.
The continuation of children’s and youth programmes supported the development of younger members in their faith and involvement within the Church. The Church also had the opportunity to conduct meetings for children focusing on mental wellbeing and raising awareness about the dangers of drugs, helping to encourage positive and healthy lifestyles among young people.
The Church’s outreach efforts during the Christmas and New Year period were a significant achievement, as members were able to share the message of the Gospel and provide practical support through care home visits and charitable giving.
The regular online meetings for men, women, and children ensured that fellowship and spiritual engagement remained strong and accessible to all members.
Furthermore, the Church was given the opportunity to extend its outreach beyond the local area, with Gospel ministry taking place in Newport, Isle of Wight, in May 2025, reflecting the Church’s ongoing commitment to spreading the Christian message.
Overall, the Church has continued to fulfil its objectives by promoting faith, serving the community, and strengthening fellowship among its members.
