**Objects:** TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ERECTING A LASTING, POIGNANT AND HISTORIC MEMORIAL THAT COMMEMORATES THE SACRIFICE AND DEDICATION BY THE POPULATION OF GAINSBOROUGH EMPLOYED BY MARSHALL'S & SONS AND ROSE BROTHERS, FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MILITARY EQUIPMENT, DURING THE WWI AND WWII CONFLICT

**Activities:** The promotion of pride in citizenship & to advance education for the public benefit by erecting a lasting, poignant & historic memorial that commemorates the sacrifice & dedication by the population of Gainsborough employed by Marshall's & Sons & Rose Brothers (e.g. manufacture of RN Mini Submarines & RAF Rose Turrets), for the production of military equipment, during the WWI and WWII conflicts.
