**Objects:** THE PRINCIPAL OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH ACCORDING TO BAPTIST PRINCIPLES AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH AS STATED IN SCHEDULE 1. THE CHARITY MAY ALSO CARRY OUT OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND/OR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD.

**Activities:** Prettygate Baptist Church, Colchester meets every Sunday at 10:30 for the public worship of God.    We welcome all who wish to join us to learn about the Lord Jesus Christ and his work of salvation as revealed in the Bible.   On weekdays we have an Under 5s group, prayer meetings and Bible study.   Twice a month we run a Community Cafe.
