**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ELDERLY RESIDENTS AND THOSE WHO ARE AFFECTED BY FRAILTY OR DISABILITY IN THE EMSWORTH AREA BY PROVIDING SUPPORT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRANSPORT TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, COMPANIONSHIP AND ASSISTANCE WITH MINOR HOUSEHOLD REPAIRS.

**Activities:** Emsworth Good Neighbours objects are to relieve the needs of elderly residents and those who are affected by frailty or disability in the Emsworth area by providing support including but not limited to, transport to medical appointments, companionship and assistance with minor household repairs
