**Objects:** 3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC: 3.1.1 TO PROMOTE THE RESETTLEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF RE-OFFENDING; AND3.1.2 TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE 3.1.2, ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING AN OFFENDER REHABILITATING INTO SOCIETY.IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS THE CHARITY WILL PROVIDE PRACTICAL SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND ADVICE, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, AND SIGNPOSTING TO RELEVANT SERVICES AND RESOURCES WHEN APPROPRIATE.
