**Objects:** THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED ARE:-3.1 TO PROMOTE SAFEGUARD AND ADVANCE THE PROTESTANT AND EVANGELICAL TEACHING AND PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.3.2 TO TRAIN, ELECT AND PRESENT TO ANY RECTORY OR OTHER LIVING OF WHICH THE TRUST SHALL BE THE PATRON CLERGY OF BONA FIDE PROTESTANT FAITH AND EVANGELICAL PRINCIPLES.

**Activities:** 1. By the appointment of clergy to positions in local Church of England parishes. The trustees arrange and participate in national processes to find, recruit and appoint incumbent level clergy to the parishes for which the charity is responsible. 2. By the support of participating schools in England with an Evangelical ethos through appointment of governors, governance oversight, grants
