**Objects:** PROMOTING IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH THE WHOLE MISSION OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** We are a small parochial church council (PCC) in West Sussex having responsibility for managing the Grade 1-listed church of St Nicolas, Old Shoreham, and discharging the duties of a PCC within the diocese of Chichester. The church is open to all regardless of belief. The PCC relies upon voluntary donations from supporters to meet its financial obligations.
