The Charity is governed by a constitution. The Charity is constituted as an unincorporated organisation. 

The Charitable purposes of charity are to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 18 living in Zimbabwe by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities. 

The trustees have read the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance, and have had regard to this when running the charity. 

In the financial 13 November 2024 to 30 September 2025, the Charity did not carry out any activities that generated income or resulted in expenditure being incurred. 

There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
