The object of the CIO is for the public benefit the advan￿ment of the
education of pupils and former pupils of the Samworth Church Academy
I'TSCA") or any successor school established under the Education Acts
las defined by s578 of the Educalion Act 19961 through, but not limited
to, the funding of activities and equipment at the academy, improving
teacher's education I qualifications for the benefrt of those pupils at the
academy, and by funding for tertiary education for former pupils.
