**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CATS AND KITTENS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN KINGSTON UPON HULL AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR SUCH ANIMALS AND BY FINDING NEW AND SUITABLE HOMES FOR CATS AND KITTENS, AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG CATS AND KITTENS.

**Activities:** For the benefit of the public, to relieve the suffering of cats and kittens in need of care and attention in Kingston Upon Hull and surrounding areas, by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for such animals and by finding new and suitable homes for cats and kittens, and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty
