Together for Humanty has been working primafily in the Eastern
Provin￿ of Zambia to achieve its obiedives as set out in its governing
document The charity has been collaborating with charities in Zambia to
avotd dupliaty in management and administratM)n" thereby givirvJ the
rnaximum benefft to the recipients of the funds.
The charity delNered essential aid to the destitute in Zambia through
various fundraising projects to assist in the provision of necessities to
those who would otherwis8 lack the resour(￿.
The trustees confimi that they have complied with the duty in section 17
of the Charilies Acl 2011 to have due regard to the public benefft
guidance published by the Charity Commission. We have taken this

Several projects were rx)mpleted throughput the year. the following is a
brief summary of the achievements and perfomwnGe:
Project QurbanF over 1000 families a￿osS various areas in
Zambia were provided with food for Eid al Adha.
Project Iftar Packs- 300 foodfiftar pa(*s were distributed in
Zambia for families struggling during the month of fasting.
Project Wthter Wamer- 150 students at Lundazi Islamic Centre
were provided with pilk)ws, mattr8SS8s arKI blankets
Project Winter Relief - 500 people were provided with blankets.
Projeot Essential - 42 familw were provided with essential
aid parcels o)ntsining necessities such as food. soap. candles
and washing powder.
Projert Boreholes- 5 t￿hOleS were crmstruded in Zambia to
deltver safe. sustainable water to local (x)mmunities.
The charity plans to ￿ntinUe delivering aid to Zambia through similar
projects.

The charity operates a minimal reserrfes policy. The tnjstees endeavour
to distribute all income re￿Ived in the year to charitable causes. The
level of reserrfes h81d at the year end is Conside￿ to b8 adequate to
continue to SUpp￿t its charitable (auses as well as m*ting its ongoing
support and governan￿ costs. The charity will Gontinue to fundraise and
provide donations under its main objectives.

Togelher for Humanty undeTr￿nt several fundraisirKJ projects throughout
the year. These fundraising projects were the only sourcth of funds in the
year.
The charity worked with charities in Zambia to complete various grant-
making projects and effectively utilise and distribute th8 funds which were
raised. All expenditure was direcuy In￿rred in the provision of aid to the
needy in Zambia.
The trustees have carefully LX)nsidered Ihe Chartty Commission guidar
on investment powers. The trustees adopt a prudent and Iow-risk
approach to the management of funds. The tharity's primary otr4"ective is
to énsure that funds are readily available to support the delivery of food
aid. humanitarian assistance. community support projects. and
emergency relief activities in Zambia. A¢ccKdingty. the charity only I￿lS
highly liquid assets such as cash and cash equivalents. The trustees
keep the inveslment policy under periodic review.

accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charilies Act 2011
(Ihe Acr).

have followed all the applicable Directions given by ￿ Chaiity Commission
under section 145(5Xb) of the Act.
