**Objects:** (A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THOSE SUFFERING WITH DISABILITIES, PRIMARILY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS WITH CEREBRAL PALSY, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME; AND(B) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF DISABILITY AND ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.
