**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:1) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG EAST EUROPEAN MIGRANTS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION, POVERTY, OR UNEMPLOYMENT, BY PROVIDING:A) EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND IN VOCATIONAL SKILLS;B) SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.C) PROVIDING A LOCAL NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES MEMBERS OF THE MIGRANT COMMUNITY TO PARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY;D) INCREASING, OR CO-ORDINATING, OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN MIGRANT COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT SERVICES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THAT COMMUNITY.E) RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING THE MIGRANT COMMUNITY, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION;F) PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT;2. TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF EAST EUROPEAN MIGRANTS THROUGH THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION, OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT GROUPS.

**Activities:** Aspeera CIO aims to support Eastern Europeans living in the United Kingdom through the provision of Social, Cultural, Cohesion and Mental Health Support Services, as well as identifying and removing barriers in access and discriminatory practices harming the Central and Eastern European Community.
