**Objects:** TO ADVANCE LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 13-26 WITH DOWN’S SYNDROME OR LEARNING DISABILITIES, INCLUDING THEIR FAMILIES, HELPERS AND CARERS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN THE AREA OF HITCHIN, HERTFORDSHIRE IN PARTICULAR BY:- PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;- HELPING THEM DEVELOP SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND FUNCTIONAL INDIVIDUALS AND ATTAIN THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.

**Activities:** Provision of youth club services for young people aged 13-26 with Down's Syndrome or learning disabilities.
