The Manchester Chamber Music Group is managed through regular group meetings to organise concerts as well as additional trustee meetings to follow policies and procedures as well as make decisions about the charity as a whole. 

We formed a new charity composed of four Trustees, we recruited a fifth via word of mouth. 

This financial year no charity activities took place besides trustee meetings to plan activities in the next financial year. 

The charity currently has no debts, we used trustee donation to create some initial reserves. These were followed by other donations.
