## **Addressing Poverty With Lived Experience (APLE) Collective - Letter of Representation for the period ended 31 October 2025**
This representation letter is provided in connection with your compilation of the charity's receipts and payments accounts from the records and explanations provided by us.
We confirm, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the following:
## **General**
1. We acknowledge our responsibility as trustees for maintaining adequate accounting records and for preparing accounts that comply with the requirements applicable to the charity.
2. We have made available to you all accounting records and other information requested for the purpose of preparing the accounts.
3. All receipts and payments relating to the period have been disclosed to you and recorded in the accounting records provided.
4. We have disclosed all bank accounts, cash balances and other assets and liabilities known to us.
5. We confirm that the information provided to you is complete and accurate in all material respects.
## **Going Concern**
6. We have considered the charity's ability to continue operating and have no reason to believe that the charity will cease operations within at least twelve months from the date of approval of the accounts.
## **Subsequent Events**
7. We have informed you of all events occurring after the period end that may require disclosure in the accounts or that may affect users' understanding of the charity's financial position.
## **Legal and Regulatory Matters**
8. We have disclosed all known actual or potential claims, disputes, investigations or instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations which could have a material effect on the charity.
## **Specific Representations**
9. We confirm that receipts and payments arising before the incorporation and registration of Addressing Poverty With Lived Experience (APLE) Collective (CIO) on 29 October 2024 relate to the predecessor unincorporated organisation and have therefore been excluded from the charity's income and expenditure for the period.
10. We confirm that the net funds transferred from the predecessor organisation to Addressing Poverty With Lived Experience (APLE) Collective (CIO) amounted to £9,296 and have been treated as a transfer of funds rather than income of the CIO.
11. We acknowledge that supporting documentation was not available for certain transactions requested during the course of the engagement. We confirm that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, those transactions were wholly for the purposes of the charity and have been correctly recorded in the accounting records.
