**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF SOUTH LAKELAND PHOENIXES IS:TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL/EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN GRANGE OVER SANDS, CUMBRIA, AND ITS ENVIRONS WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL/EMOTIONAL HEALTH ISSUES BY:A) PROVIDING A DROP-IN AND BEFRIENDING SERVICE OFFERING SUPPORT, UNDERSTANDING, COMPANIONSHIP, SIGNPOSTING, INFORMATION, AND ADVOCACY SERVICES IN A SAFE, CONFIDENTIAL, AND NON-JUDGEMENTAL ENVIRONMENT.B) RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF ISSUES RELATING TO PRESERVING AND PROTECTING GOOD MENTAL/EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING BY PROVIDING SUCH ACTIVITIES OR INFORMATION AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE.

**Activities:** South Lakeland Phoenixes provides peer support services to adults experiencing mental health and wellbeing issues. Services include a Drop-In Centre and associated activities for people living in and around Grange-over-Sands and signposting based on individual needs. In addition, we plan to work with local organisations in the sector to develop policies and improve best practices.
