Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO (The “Objects”) Are For The Public Benefit In Ukraine:(a) The Promotion Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation In Ways Which Are Exclusively Charitable Under The Laws Of England And Wales, In Particular But Without Limitation By The Following Means:i. The Maintenance, Improvement Or Provision Of Public Amenities And Utilities (Provided That Such Power Shall Not Extend To Relieving Any Public Authority Of A Legal Or Statutory Duty To Provide Or Improve Such Amenities Or Utilities, If Any);ii. The Provision Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need And The Improvement Of Housing In Public Or Charitable Ownership (Provided That Such Power Shall Not Extend To Relieving Any Public Authority Of A Legal Or Statutory Duty To Provide Or Improve Housing, If Any); Andiii. The Provision Of Public Health Or Educational Facilities.(b) The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Financial Hardship, Ill-Health Or Who Are Victims Of War Or Natural Disaster, Trouble Or Catastrophe
