**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE ART FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH:(A) THE DRAWING ROOM PROGRAMME WHICH PROMOTES FINE VISUAL ARTS, PARTICULARLY DRAWING, AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO ARCHITECTURE, LITERATURE, DANCE, MUSIC AND OTHER DISCIPLINES.(B) ART EDUCATION, TEACHING AND TRAINING, THROUGH LEARNING PROJECTS AND REFERENCE LIBRARY.(C) THE PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE STUDIOS AND EXHIBITION FACILITIES TO FINE ARTISTS AND CREATIVES UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS THROUGH TANNERY STUDIOS.

**Activities:** The Drawing Room gallery programme promotes fine visual arts,particularly drawing, and their relationship to architecture, literature,dance, music and other disciplines.Art education, teaching and training, through learning projects andreference library.Provision of affordable studios to fine artists and creatives upon terms appropriate to their means through Tannerystudios.
