**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT FOR THE APPRECIATION, UNDERSTANDING AND ENJOYMENT OF THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR OF THE VISUAL ARTS, LITERATURE AND THE PERFORMING ARTS, THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND RUNNING OF AN ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL IN NEATH AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, AND OTHER INCLUSIVE, ACCESSIBLE CREATIVE ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

**Activities:** Neath Arts Festival exists to organise, commission and promote arts activities in Neath town and locality. It will stage events throughout the year, arrange for writers, musicians and artists to visit schools and community organisations, and organise an annual festival.
