To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods, or services of any kind, including through the provision of counselling and support, in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit; and

3. To advance education in such a way and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit.

## ➢ Activities

During the year, the Church actively participated in various spiritual and fellowship programmes aimed at strengthening faith and community unity.

- Monthly Fasting Prayer: The church will continue to set apart the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of every month for fasting and prayer, seeking a deeper walk with God and unity in the Spirit.

- Sunday Services: Regular Sunday worship services will continue from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, focusing on worship, the Word of God, prayer, and fellowship under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

- Bible Study: Bible study sessions will be conducted regularly according to the spiritual needs and availability of members, encouraging growth in the knowledge and understanding of Scripture.

- Youth Meetings: Youth fellowship gatherings will continue to encourage spiritual growth, unity, leadership development, and active participation among young members of the church.

- Community and Ministry Support: The church will continue to support ministry activities and encourage members to participate in prayer, service, outreach, and charitable activities for the benefit of the wider community.

These activities reflect the church’s commitment to worship, prayer, discipleship, fellowship, and the spiritual growth of the congregation

## Church Council

The church is overseen by a council of members who are elected by the general body. The council works closely with the Pastor to provide leadership and direction for the church’s activities and ministries. Regular meetings are held to review and assess all church activities, ensuring that any concerns or areas for improvement are identified and addressed promptly. The church council is responsible for the overall governance of the church, while the day-to-day management is carried out in collaboration with the Pastor. Financial matters are managed by the treasurer, and the church accounts are regularly reviewed and audited to ensure transparency and accountability.

## Financial Review

The gross income for the period ended 31[st] July 2025 was £3,282.36. Total resources expended during the year amounted to £ 1,987.39, resulting in a surplus of £ 1,294.97

The trustees confirm that they have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity's objectives and activities and in planning future activities. The Trustees judge that activities in pursuit of the above objectives fully meet the public benefit test, which they have kept in mind in planning programs for the charity.

## Statement of Trustees' responsibilities

Law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each year, which give a true and fair view of the charity's financial activities during the period and of its financial position at the end of the year. In preparing financial statements giving a true and fair view, the trustees should follow best practice and:

- Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently - make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent

- Prepare the financial statements on the going-concern basis unless it is inappropriate to assume that the charity will continue in business.

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose, with reasonable accuracy, the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with applicable law and regulations. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and for taking reasonable steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities

## Risk Management

The charity has assessed all the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those related to the operations and finances of the charity, and is satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate exposure to major risks.
