Public Benefit
The trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
The charity seeks to benefit the local community by encouraging participation in amateur boxing and physical activity, providing opportunities for personal development, promoting healthier lifestyles and supporting positive community engagement.

The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
