During this reporting period, the charity remained dormant and no financial transactions took place. Structure, governance and management The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Foundation, as a body corporate under Part 11 of the Charities Act 2011 on the 15 October 2024. The CIO registered with the Charity Commission on the same day. Trustees are legally responsible for the governance and management of the charity. The trustees are responsible for setting strategies and policies and ensuring these are implemented. ## Risk management The charity's trustees have considered the major risks to which the charity is exposed and have reviewed potential risks. Systems and procedures have been put in place to manage the risks and to mitigate any adverse outcomes. ## Objectives and activities The governing scheme defines the charity's objects as being to: The objects of the CIO are: To promote young people's education (aged 11-25 years) by providing for the needs of young people who are socially, economically or educationally disadvantaged (NEET) through the provision of: - 1) Education training programmes - 2) Apprenticeships - 3) Work placements; and - 4) Providing creative industry facilities, services to support education. To promote and protect physical and mental health among those who have become socially isolated as a result of such conditions by: - 1) The provision of group sessions and activities designed to promote good physical and mental health and recovery which provide advice and guidance; and - 2) The provision of free counselling and support. To provide relief to those in need due to financial hardship through the provision of: - 1) Food Bank - 2) Community Kitchen - 3) Community Shop; and - 4) Providing advice and guidance to support those struggling to meet the rising costs of living. Achievements and Performance The CIO was dormant during this period. ## Financial review No financial transactions took place during this reporting period. ## Future plans Access Music Media (Charity no 1210471) is expected to start its fundraising soon. 4 ## Trustees' responsibilities statement The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable charity law. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records sufficient to show and explain the charity's transactions and to disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the charity. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and applicable Charity Commission requirements. Accounting policies ## (a) Basis of preparation The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and applicable Charity Commission requirements. ## (b) Charity status The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Foundation, as a body corporate under Part 11 of the Charities Act 2011 on 15 October 2024. The CIO registered with the Charity Commission on the same day. ## (c) Fund accounting General funds are unrestricted funds which are available for use at the discretion of the trustees in furtherance of the general objectives of the charity and which have not been designated for other purposes. Restricted funds are funds which are to be used in accordance with specific restrictions imposed by donors or which have been raised by the charity for particular purposes. The cost of raising and administering such funds are charged against the specific fund. The aim and use of each restricted fund is set out in the notes to the financial statements. ## (d) Receipts All incoming resources are included in the Receipts and Payments Accounts when the charity becomes legally entitled to the income. ## (e) Payments All expenditure is accounted for on a payments basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all costs related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings, they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources. ## 2. Member liabilities The members of the CIO have no liability to contribute to its assets and no personal responsibility for settling its debts and liabilities. ## 3. Debt outstanding There were no outstanding debts or liabilities at the balance sheet date. The charity held no secured liabilities or charges over any assets during the reporting period. ## 4. Related Parties Controlling entity The charity is controlled by the trustees. During the year, the trustees received no emoluments or incurred any expenses using charity funds. 7
