Pastor Lawrence Momoh- Lahun - appointed 14[th] November 2020 Mr Fatumata Dukuly - appointed 10[th] February 2021 Mrs Susan Fawudu - appointed 10[th] February 2021 Mr Varney Gbanya - appointed 10[th] February 2021 Trustees meet regularly and new appointments are made by majority recommendation of church members. Charity Registration No: 1210457 5 ## **Review of activities** The church held weekly services in Crawley and midweek online prayer meetings via Zoom. Other activities included outreach, education, health support, and community engagement. ## that activities meet the public benefit requirement under the Charities Act 2011. ## **Financial review** Receipts totalled £12,134.57, comprising £1,237.00 in donations and a personal loan of £10,897.57. All funds were used for charitable purposes. At year-end, the charity held no cash reserves. Assets total £4,459.79 (net book value), and liabilities total £11,297.57 resulting in a net liability position of £6,837.78. ## **Reserves Policy** The charity aims to maintain reserves equivalent to three to six months of expenditure. This policy is reviewed annually. ## **Risk management** systems are in place to manage these areas. Financial risks – such as fluctuations in income or unexpected expenditure, managed through regular monitoring of budgets and maintaining adequate reserves.
