FOOD PARCELS, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND SERVICES TO MEET A BASIC STANDARD OF LIVING FOR INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESSES, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS.
