Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit And Specifically Restricted To:(a) For The Benefit Of:(i) Employees And Former Employees Of Anglian Water Group Limited (anglian Water) And Its Subsidiaries (together The Anglian Water Group); And(ii) The Dependants And Immediate Family Being Spouse Or Domestic Partner, Dependent Children (including Adopted And Stepchildren) Of Any Age, Parents (including Stepparents), Grandchildren And Brothers And Sisters (including Step Brothers Or Sisters) Or Anyone Who Has Acted As A Primary Caregiver Of Those Named At (i) Abovethe Relief Of Poverty By The Provision Of Grants, Items And Services Or Of Any Other Support That The Trustees Consider Appropriate In Their Absolute Discretion To Relieve Poverty; And(b) For The Benefit Of People Living In, Or At The Discretion Of The Trustees, Reasonably Connected To An Anglian Water Region (being The Area Which Anglian Water Services Limited Is The Appointed Water And/or Sewerage Undertaker Under The Water Industry Act 1991) The Promotion And Advancement Of Such Purposes Which Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit.
