## **2. Structure, Governance and Management** 

Lisa’s Aid is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation governed by its constitution. The charity trustees are responsible for managing the affairs of the CIO and ensuring that it operates in accordance with its governing document and the Charities Act 2011. 

## **3. Objects and Public Benefit** 

The object of the CIO is: 

_For the public benefit, to relieve financial hardship among families and/or those who have experienced domestic abuse in Kent primarily by assisting in the provision of emergency parcels and essential supplies and such other ways as the trustees may determine._ 

The trustees confirm that they have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

## **4. Activities and Achievements** 

During the reporting period, the charity has been inactive and has not undertaken any charitable activities. No services were delivered and no grants or support were provided. 



## **5. Financial Review** 

There has been no financial activity during the reporting period: 

- No income was received 

- No expenditure was incurred 

The charity holds no funds, and its financial position remains unchanged. 

## **6. Dormant Charity Confirmation** 

The trustees confirm that Lisa’s Aid has been **dormant** throughout the reporting period. 

For the purposes of this report, dormant means that: 

- The charity has had **no significant accounting transactions** 

- No income has been received and no expenditure incurred 

- No charitable activities have been carried out 

The trustees confirm that the charity remains registered but inactive, and continues to comply with its legal obligations, including the submission of annual returns and reports. 

## **7. Plans for Future Periods** 

The charity remains inactive at present. The trustees will review whether to: 

- Restart charitable activities in line with the CIO’s objects 

- Continue in a dormant state 

- Consider formal closure or dissolution in accordance with the constitution 

## **8. Trustee Responsibilities Statement** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and accounts in accordance with applicable law and regulations, including the Charities Act 2011 and the CIO constitution.
